Passengers can also use their Easycard or iPASS to purchase items from the pushcart and high-speed rail bento boxes. However, THSR advises that Easycard and iPASS are only suitable for small payments, and on-board ticket upgrades should be paid for with a credit card or cash. Furthermore, THSR will be introducing a new hot beverage called ＂Taiwan Sugar Highland Small Farmer Coffee＂ on January 1, 2024.
